Rector Prof. Dr. Ünsal Sığrı has received his Bachelor's,
Master's and Doctorate degrees in Business Administration-Management
and Organization. Then in 2010, he became an Associate Professor in
“Management and Organization”, becoming a Professor in 2015. He
completed his Post-Doctoral studies at Rochester Bittner School of
Business-USA with a TÜBİTAK scholarship and served as a Faculty
Member at the Military Academy and Baskent University of Ankara for
many years. He was involved in important scientific projects at the
Turkish Armed Forces and served as the Director of the European Union
Office for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Sığrı gave seminars and
participated in research projects in various international
organizations such as NATO, United Nations, European Union and
Council of Europe. He has published many international and national
books, articles and papers in the fields of Management and
Organizational Behavior.
